Learning Partner Manager

Job Summary

To enhance training initiatives within the organization, the full-time salaried Learning Partner Manager will liaise with site and functional areas to deliver training aligned with policies and regulatory standards, while fostering collaboration with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive, site-facing customer support to address training needs and inquiries
• Conducting training impact assessments for new and revised documents to ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Designing and delivering tailored onboarding programs for new employees across specific sites and functional areas

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science is required
• Minimum of five years of training experience
• Extensive knowledge of cGMP Quality and commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to interact with and influence multidisciplinary stakeholders effectively
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
