Learning Program Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise capability-building initiatives, the remote Learning Program Specialist will manage logistics and execution for learning activities, coordinate program materials, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders over a six-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics and execution for enterprise learning and capability-building activities
• Manage schedules, participant rosters, communications, and follow-up for learning programs
• Compile participation, completion, and delivery data for routine program reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or program management
• Experience coordinating enterprise or large-scale learning programs with multiple stakeholders
• Working knowledge of learning management systems and learning administration processes
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and experience with tracking and reporting tools preferred
