Learning Resources Vendor Associate

Job Summary

Supporting and managing third-party and digital learning resources, the full-time remote Learning Resources Vendor Associate will serve as a liaison between faculty, academic partners, and vendors to ensure resources are accurate, accessible, and aligned with curriculum goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and operational execution for learning resources
• Analyze data to enhance the student and faculty experience in online learning environments
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure resource alignment with institutional goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or a related field
• One year of experience in learning resource bookstore operations and service support
• Three years of experience in learning resource vendor management and program development
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning technologies and management systems
