Learning Specialist

Job Summary

To deliver high-quality virtual training and coaching for adult learners, the part-time Learning Specialist will facilitate new hire training, ongoing training, and client-specific training while ensuring participant certification aligns with company standards in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure every participant successfully certifies from training in alignment with company standards
• Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, virtual session setup, and attendance tracking
• Provide post-training coaching and support for new hires during their transition to live calls

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience leading and supporting a team in a supervisory or management capacity
• Experience coordinating and facilitating virtual training programs in a remote environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of travel industry systems and service delivery preferred
• High school diploma required; university degree preferred
• Ability to communicate in English in a polished and professional manner
