Job Summary
Supporting the learning ecosystem, the full-time Learning Technology Administrator will manage and optimize enterprise learning platforms, oversee implementation projects, and enhance user experiences while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the enterprise learning technology ecosystem, ensuring system integrity and user support
- Lead implementation and enhancement initiatives, developing project plans and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Analyze learning data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving learning effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Learning & Development, Education, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience administering enterprise learning management systems or learning technology platforms
- Demonstrated success in implementing and transforming enterprise Learning Technology
- Experience with Learning Technology configuration, user management, and reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience using generative AI tools
