Learning Technology Director

Job Summary

Leading the development of a custom learning technology platform, the full-time salaried Learning Technology Director will manage platform strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide enhancements to improve learning offerings in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead platform strategy and architecture for the learning delivery ecosystem, connecting business goals with user needs
• Develop functional specifications for new capabilities and enhancements, translating business requirements into platform requirements
• Guide the ongoing development and operation of the platform, ensuring it accommodates new use cases while maintaining reliability

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in owning or implementing learning technology products or platforms
• Experience as a product owner or manager, translating user and business needs into platform requirements
• Strong technical fluency with modern web applications and integrated platforms
• Working knowledge of learning technology concepts and ecosystems, such as LMS/LXP platforms
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
