Job Summary
Driving the exploration and implementation of technology-enabled learning solutions, the full-time Learning Technology and AI Innovation Lead will manage AI innovation initiatives, oversee AI-enabled learning tools, and translate educational challenges into technical requirements, all while working remotely with a preference for candidates based in Chile.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test prototypes and proofs of concept for AI learning solutions
- Oversee the portfolio of AI-enabled learning tools, ensuring alignment with learner and instructor needs
- Act as the primary bridge between Curriculum & Instruction, Online Learning, and Digital teams for effective technology integration
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience with learning technologies and digital products
- Experience leading technology implementations and product enhancements
- Familiarity with AI technologies and large language model-based tools
- Proficiency in configuring and integrating third-party platforms and SaaS products
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
