Job Summary

To drive effective change and enhance learning across the organization, the full-time Learning & Transformation Lead will design and implement practical programs focused on leadership development, AI adoption, and change management, operating in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute learning programs that enhance work practices, leadership skills, and change management capabilities
• Own the people side of transformation initiatives, ensuring effective communication and support for change adoption
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to create visibility around progress and maintain alignment with company operations

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Change Management, or related fields within a fast-scaling company
• Proven ability to design learning programs that lead to measurable behavior change
• Hands-on experience with organizational change initiatives and understanding of common pitfalls
• Strong practical judgment with a focus on translating transformation goals into actionable programs
• Experience using AI to improve outcomes and productivity in work processes
