Lease Abstractor
Job Summary
To support a dynamic finance team, the full-time Lease Abstractor will ensure data integrity by accurately interpreting and entering lease documents, while working in a hybrid environment with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remote work on Monday and Friday.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure data integrity by accurately abstracting and entering lease documents into the system
- Perform ongoing verification and updates of lease information in the software
- Assist in project work, including software migrations and AI initiatives to enhance financial operations
Required qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to review and abstract complex legal real estate documents
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Outstanding financial and analytical problem-solving skills
