Leasing Associate

Job Summary

Supporting regional leasing representatives, the full-time Leasing Associate will engage in sourcing new tenants, negotiating lease terms, and managing property portfolios within the shopping center industry while participating in a two-year development program.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain departmental databases and reports related to available spaces and deal pipelines
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and clients while conducting market research
• Assist with negotiations and administrative tasks, including written communications and client presentations

Required qualifications:

• 0 - 2 years of professional experience
• Undergraduate degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent grammatical skills for producing error-free documentation
