Leasing Associate

Job Summary

Supporting regional leasing representatives, the full-time Leasing Associate will engage in sourcing new tenants, negotiating lease terms, and managing property portfolios while participating in a hybrid work schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain departmental databases and reports related to available spaces and deal pipelines
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and coordinate with other departments
• Research emerging retail trends and assist with all leasing assignments from negotiations to documentation

Required qualifications

• 0 - 2 years of professional experience
• Undergraduate degree
• Excellent proficiency in Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to produce error-free documentation with strong grammatical skills
