Leave Partner Contract
Job Summary
Supporting leave programs in a high-energy remote environment, the full-time Leave Partner (Contractor) will administer day-to-day leave cases for US and Canadian employees from request through return to work over a 6-month contract period.
Key responsibilities
- Administer various leave cases including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and Canadian statutory leaves
- Serve as a point of contact for employee and manager leave inquiries, escalating complex cases as needed
- Track leave requests and communicate with external vendors regarding leave administration and claim status
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of leave administration experience in a high-volume environment
- Experience administering Canadian leaves and knowledge of provincial leave requirements
- Experience working with external benefit providers
- Working knowledge of US leave laws (FMLA, ADA, state leave laws)
