Job Summary
Owning the intake process and technical build, the full-time remote Legal AI Architect will customize voice agent workflows, integrate phone systems and CRMs, and establish onboarding standards for law firms to enhance their client intake experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage voice agent customization, including call flow and scoring criteria tailored to each firm's intake process
- Collaborate with integrations engineering to set up phone system and CRM integrations for seamless client onboarding
- Develop training and documentation to standardize intake processes across the team and ensure successful onboarding for all firms
Required qualifications
- J.D. or experience in a legal operations role at a plaintiffs' firm of significant size
- Understanding of intake call flows, lead qualification, and case viability from practical experience
- Ability to translate operational knowledge into technical builds for AI-driven workflows
- Proficiency in documenting processes to create a comprehensive team playbook
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including CSMs and engineering
