Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Craft and maintain a dataset of contract records and legal models
- Act as a point of escalation for the Data Science team and assist in resolving unclear instructions
- Collaborate with Product Management to clarify process flows and identify opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years (for Specialist) or 6+ years (for Senior Specialist) in corporate law, finance, consulting, or data science
- Experience in reviewing and analyzing contracts across various business contexts
- Familiarity with generative AI and large language models (LLM)
- Experience in a law firm or in-house legal department is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
