Legal Applications Engineer
Job Summary
Responsible for the design, configuration, support, and lifecycle management of legal applications, the full-time Legal Applications Engineer will work remotely to enhance attorney productivity and document workflows while ensuring reliable and secure application delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Engineer, configure, and maintain legal applications that support attorney productivity and document workflows
- Manage the full application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective application integration and support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience supporting and configuring legal applications in a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong understanding of legal document workflows and Microsoft Word add-ins
- Experience with iManage Work or a comparable document management system
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and application packaging using modern management tools such as Microsoft Intune
