Job Summary
Working remotely in the PST time zone, the full-time Legal Client Advisor will manage client engagements, conduct case intake discussions, and develop expert witness search strategies while ensuring high-quality deliverables for attorney clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive case intake conversations with attorneys and analyze case theories
- Oversee end-to-end client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of all deliverables
- Build and maintain strong relationships with attorney clients and present findings to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree
- 1-3 years of client or customer service experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in legal, research, or professional services industries preferred but not required
