Job Summary
To support attorney clients in a technology-driven environment, the full-time Legal Client Advisor will manage comprehensive case intake, analyze legal needs, and oversee client engagements while working remotely in the PST time zone.
Key responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive case intake conversations with attorneys and develop targeted expert witness search strategies
- Oversee end-to-end client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality of all deliverables
- Build and maintain strong relationships with attorney clients, presenting findings and proactively resolving challenges
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts
- 1-3 years of client or customer service experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in legal, research, or professional services industries preferred but not required
