Legal Concierge
Job Summary
Providing coaching and care coordination, the full-time Legal Concierge will assess client needs, track services, and facilitate referrals within the VA Caregiver Legal and Financial program in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess client needs to develop personalized plans for legal information and benefits navigation
- Track and document coaching sessions and related services in the case management system
- Provide web-assisted audio or video coaching using motivational interviewing and solution-focused techniques
Required qualifications:
- Paralegal experience, JD, or similar degree from an accredited program
- Strong understanding of legal and financial terminology
- Experience with case management systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Willingness to complete ongoing training as required
