Job Summary
Leading a team of Legal Engineers, the full-time remote Legal Engineer Manager will provide strategic direction, ensure high-quality pre-sales support, and engage with prospective customers to address their workflow challenges in the legal sector.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Legal Engineers, fostering a high-trust and high-output culture
- Ensure quality and consistency in pre-sales legal engineering functions, including demos and discovery conversations
- Collaborate with Account Executives and leadership to prioritize pipeline and develop strategies for complex opportunities
Required qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with 7+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a law firm or in-house legal environment
- Prior experience managing a team with a proven track record in talent development and performance driving
- Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools, capable of quickly demonstrating platform expertise
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to engage with senior stakeholders in legal settings
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in client-facing product sessions
