Job Summary
To support the integration of AI solutions in legal practices, the full-time remote Legal Engineer Specialist will build relationships with law firms and in-house legal teams, design onboarding and training programs, and collaborate with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and expansion of Harvey's platform.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with legal teams by understanding their workflows and providing tailored guidance on incorporating AI solutions
- Design and lead onboarding sessions and training workshops to maximize platform value and drive user adoption
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify expansion opportunities and support renewal efforts through user engagement
Required qualifications
- Fluency in the Swedish language
- JD or equivalent legal qualification
- At least 3 years of experience practicing law within a top in-house team
- Strong executive engagement skills and the ability to build credibility with decision-makers
- Outstanding presentation skills for both legal and executive audiences
