Legal Intake Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly technically proficient Intake Manager and Trainer, this remote full-time position will manage new hire training, ongoing coaching, and daily intake operations, requiring evening and weekend availability.
Key responsibilities
- Train and onboard new hires on intake procedures, systems, and case qualification requirements
- Provide ongoing coaching through call shadowing, reviews, and feedback while assisting agents during shifts
- Handle inbound and outbound intake calls, maintaining accurate records and meeting quality standards
Required qualifications
- At least two years of experience as a legal intake trainer with legal mass tort intake experience
- Strong technical proficiency in navigating multiple software applications and workflows simultaneously
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively teach workflows to others
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts
- Experience with Five9, Balto, Salesforce, or comparable platforms is preferred
