Legal Investigator
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Legal Investigator, the Analyst will conduct and lead internal investigations related to company policy violations, workplace disputes, and compliance issues while collaborating with Legal, HR, and Operations teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct and coordinate internal investigations, including interviews and evidence analysis
- Draft comprehensive investigation reports and summaries for various stakeholders
- Analyze data and trends to enhance investigative processes and mitigate risk
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in conducting investigations related to EEO and labor issues
- Strong understanding of labor and employment laws and policies
- High-quality investigative skills, including evidence collection and analysis
- Proven ability to present clear and logical findings in written form
