Legal Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day operations of Docker's lean Legal team, the full-time remote Legal Operations Analyst will manage contract processes, oversee outside counsel billing, and administer legal technology platforms while collaborating with various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contract intake, routing, approvals, and signature coordination, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process
• Support outside counsel billing operations, including invoice review and compliance with billing guidelines
• Administer legal technology platforms, maintaining workflows, providing user support, and ensuring data quality

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or a related operational role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
• Hands-on experience using a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform, such as Ironclad or DocuSign CLM
• Experience supporting contract intake, review coordination, or signature processes
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to legal or operational tasks
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
