Job Summary
Supporting the Legal Operations team remotely, the full-time Independent Contractor Legal Operations Analyst will review and verify corporate, legal, and commercial lending documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review corporate documents such as Articles of Incorporation, bylaws, and operating agreements
- Draft and review commercial lending documents, including promissory notes and loan agreements
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in documentation while maintaining accurate records of reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law, Paralegal Studies, Business, or a related field; paralegal certificate or law degree preferred
- Proven experience reviewing corporate legal documents
- Working knowledge of U.S. business entity structures, including corporations and LLCs
- Familiarity with corporate governance and commercial lending documentation
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
