Job Summary
Supporting legal payments and vendor management, the full-time Legal Operations Analyst will manage high-volume payment requests, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain stakeholder relationships in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the legal settlement payment queue, ensuring timely processing of payment requests
- Review, validate, and submit payment requests using Finance's payment tool while monitoring processing timelines
- Communicate regularly with internal teams and external counsel to clarify requirements and resolve processing issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, procurement, budgeting, or legal operations
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procurement processes
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze large datasets
