Job Summary
To support the efficiency of NVIDIA's Legal Department, the full-time Legal Operations Engineer will design and implement software solutions and automated workflows, integrating legal tech platforms and collaborating with cross-functional teams, while working remotely or onsite in Santa Clara.
Key responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and documenting software tools and automated workflows to enhance legal department processes
- Integrating legal tech platforms with enterprise systems and creating automated data pipelines
- Architecting technical solutions for areas such as contract automation and spend analytics while maintaining system stability and security
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional software development or automation engineering experience
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and experience with RESTful APIs
- Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end solutions
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about legal operations and corporate law
