Legal Operations Specialist
Job Summary
To support the scaling of legal operations, the full-time Legal Operations Specialist will manage end-to-end contract operations, optimize workflows, and build AI-powered automations while working remotely or in NYC.
Key responsibilities
- Drive CLM adoption and enablement for the revenue team to self-serve on standard deals
- Own workflow optimization, templates, and playbooks as deal structures evolve
- Build and maintain structured intake for legal workstreams and manage the legal governance record
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years in legal operations, paralegal, or contract management, with 1-2 years in-house at a tech or SaaS company
- Experience implementing or rebuilding a CLM and designing intake workflows
- Proficient in reviewing and redlining commercial agreements on both sell-side and buy-side paper
- Comfortable using AI-assisted legal tools and automation platforms
- Ability to operate autonomously and make sound judgments about legal matters
