Legal Operations Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support legal operations, the full-time Legal Operations Systems Analyst will gather and analyze business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and manage the lifecycle of support tickets while collaborating with stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform daily ticket triage and maintain ownership from intake to resolution
- Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot complex system behaviors and identify root causes
- Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and conduct UAT testing as needed
Required qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in business analysis, program or product management, or management consulting
- Strong experience with Team Connect and litify
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools
- Experience in developing comprehensive business requirements and project plans
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
