Job Summary
Serving as the first point of contact for incoming privacy and data protection requests, the remote Legal Privacy Analyst will triage user inquiries, provide self-service guidance, and escalate complex matters to internal teams while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Triage and respond to privacy requests using the client's macro system for various data inquiries
- Guide users through self-service solutions for account management and privacy settings
- Process account deletion confirmations and escalate regulator requests to the DPO team
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in legal compliance, privacy operations, or a related field
- Strong understanding of user privacy, data, and legal terminology
- Proficiency in data extraction and management
- Experience with case management or ticketing systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
