Job Summary
Managing litigation matter budgets and performance, the full-time Legal Project Manager will oversee financial oversight, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination while working remotely within a dynamic Finance Department.
Key responsibilities
- Manage litigation matter budgets, forecasts, and reporting to support financial oversight
- Analyze costs and budget variances, identifying risks and recommending solutions
- Serve as the lead LPM resource for key clients, providing financial analysis and cross-functional coordination
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Legal Project Management/Pricing certification, JD, and/or MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment, with knowledge of litigation matters
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to implement effective solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, legal project management tools, and AI technologies
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with a high level of professionalism
