To support the development of next-generation AI systems, the remote Legal Recruiter will identify and engage top-tier legal professionals, facilitate candidate communication, and maintain detailed recruitment records as part of a contractor partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage top-tier attorneys, in-house counsel, and paralegals for remote roles in AI training and evaluation
- Generate and cultivate professional referrals within the legal network
- Screen candidates for bar verification, practice-area fit, and contract suitability
Required Qualifications
- Experience in legal recruiting, lateral search, or attorney/headhunter sourcing
- Proven ability to conduct Boolean sourcing, candidate screening, and bar verification
- In-depth knowledge of multiple legal practice areas
- Strong networking skills and established legal/professional network
- Experience in contract staffing and confidentiality management
