Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Legal Research Investigator will conduct compliance reviews of customer complaints related to regulated money movement services and support the subpoena team by researching and extracting documents responsive to legal requests.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct compliance reviews of customer complaints, analyzing account history and transaction records to create accurate summaries
- Compile and organize research findings into well-structured document packages for compliance and legal teams
- Support the subpoena team by navigating multiple internal platforms to locate and extract relevant documents for legal requests
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, customer dispute resolution, or legal/investigative support roles
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and other internal data management tools
- Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed research and synthesize findings into clear narratives
- Experience with regulatory compliance or consumer financial protection is a strong plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
