Job Summary
To support a growing legal team, the full-time remote Legal Researcher will conduct legal research, draft and negotiate agreements, and assist with regulatory compliance and product reviews to inform business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts with partners and vendors, identifying key issues and supporting negotiations
- Conduct legal research on regulatory, consumer protection, and licensing questions, providing actionable recommendations
- Support compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements, ensuring systems are current and effective
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) with a strong academic record
- Experience in drafting or reviewing contracts through coursework, internships, or relevant work experience
- Proficient legal research and writing skills, capable of translating complex analysis into clear recommendations
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple matters and deadlines
