To support a growing legal team, the full-time remote Legal Researcher will conduct legal research, draft and negotiate agreements, and provide compliance recommendations to inform business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts with partners and vendors, identifying key issues and supporting negotiations
- Research federal and state regulatory questions, providing clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders

Required qualifications
- JD or LLM with a strong academic record
- Experience in drafting or reviewing contracts through coursework, internships, or work experience
- Strong legal research and writing skills, capable of translating complex analysis into practical recommendations
