Legal Workflow Strategist
Job Summary
Partnering with the Head of Direct Data Services, the remote Legal Workflow Strategist will institutionalize and expand legal workflow knowledge while acting as a client-facing domain expert to solve complex problems for legal and advisory accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Codify legal workflow intelligence and scale solutions knowledge across the internal team and product suite
- Investigate and map users' complex legal processes to integrate Octus's AI platform into their workflows
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams to translate client feedback into platform enhancements and features
Required qualifications
- Experience in the leveraged finance or restructuring departments of law firms
- High proficiency with leading AI tools and LLMs, with an interest in prompt optimization and workflow automation
- Proven ability to build partnerships and solve complex operational problems for institutional clients
- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple ongoing workstreams
- Experience working directly with product, data, or engineering teams is a plus
