Job Summary
Managing Endeavor's lender program portfolio, the full-time Lender Relationships Manager will oversee day-to-day tracking of approval rates and performance metrics while serving as the primary contact for lender capabilities and onboarding processes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Track and manage the performance of lender programs, identifying issues and opportunities for improvement
- Lead the onboarding process for lenders, coordinating with product and engineering teams for successful integration
- Maintain program documentation and ensure customer-facing teams are informed about lender offerings and updates
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in lender relations, partnerships, or program management in consumer lending, fintech, or healthcare finance
- Strong understanding of consumer lending programs, including approval rates and underwriting criteria
- Experience managing lender or partner onboarding is a strong plus
- Background in point-of-sale lending, dental finance, or medical financing preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a collaborative approach to building relationships
