Lending System Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Lending System Analyst will act as the business-side technical project manager for a new loan platform, ensuring seamless delivery of consumer loans while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support configuration, testing, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical project manager and platform steward for the new lending system, overseeing configuration, workflow setup, testing, and launch
• Support and maintain loan product parameters to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in consumer lending, loan servicing, or related financial services at banks or credit unions
• Deep knowledge of lending terminology and the loan lifecycle from origination to collections
• Proven experience in managing user access, roles, and permissions aligned with security standards
• Experience in system testing, including user acceptance testing and defect triage
• Ability to troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolutions across teams and vendors
