Lending Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Lending Systems Analyst will manage the implementation, configuration, and ongoing use of lending applications for consumer loan products while collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient operations and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and configuration of lending systems to support accurate loan booking and servicing workflows
• Coordinate communication and execution across departments to maximize the effective use of lending technology
• Support cross-functional decision-making by gathering business requirements and documenting processes for system enhancements

Required qualifications

• Experience in lending, loan servicing, or financial services technology platforms
• Strong understanding of business systems administration and user access management
• Ability to document processes and translate business needs into system configurations
• In-depth knowledge of loan servicing processes, including collections and payment processing
• Experience with configurable lending or banking platforms such as Temenos or FIS
