Job Summary
Providing advanced technical support remotely, the full-time Level 3 IT Engineer will manage complex endpoint and legacy platform issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and ensure cross-team coordination for resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve escalated issues across various platforms, including Intune, SCCM, and Citrix
- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring technical problems and document corrective actions
- Manage endpoint compliance activities, including OS upgrades and hardware refreshes
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, SCCM/MECM, and Windows Autopilot
- Experience with Citrix, VDI, and endpoint security compliance
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Ability to support legacy or business-critical applications
- Experience in creating technical documentation and knowledge articles
