Liability Claims Representative

Job Summary

Managing a caseload of insurance claims, the full-time Liability Claims Representative will investigate and resolve claims with a focus on accuracy and fair resolution, while working in a hybrid environment that allows for remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Key responsibilities:

• Verify coverage and evaluate liability by reviewing policies, taking statements, and compiling evidence
• Negotiate settlements for bodily injury claims and set appropriate reserves based on ongoing evaluations
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations by documenting all decisions and communications throughout the claims process

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience
• Prior attorney representative experience highly preferred
• Ability to review and analyze detailed documents, including insurance policies and medical records
• Demonstrated fundamental negotiation skills
