Job Summary
Leading a liability claims team in a fully remote capacity, the Liability Claims Supervisor will manage caseloads, promote best practices, and drive talent development while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a liability claims team to deliver efficient service across various caseloads
- Guide the claims team in adherence to best practices and manage workloads to optimize performance
- Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers while identifying coaching opportunities for team development
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience, including handling litigated files
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are managed
- Background in fraud/SIU and supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of all team member-related functions
