Job Summary

Leading a liability claims team in a fully remote capacity, the Liability Claims Supervisor will supervise claims handling, promote best practices, and drive talent development while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a liability claims team to manage diverse caseloads efficiently
• Promote best practices in claims handling in alignment with company standards
• Manage workloads and define team goals to enhance performance and efficiency

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience
• Prior leadership experience of 2-3 years in a supervisory role
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are managed
• Knowledge of all team member-related functions
