Leading a remote liability claims team, the full-time Claims Supervisor will supervise claims handling, promote best practices, and drive talent development while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a liability claims team to manage various caseloads efficiently
• Guide the team in adhering to best practices for claims handling
• Manage workloads, define team goals, and motivate performance for optimal efficiency

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience, including handling litigated files
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are managed
• Background in auto liability with supervisory experience
• Prior claims handling and leadership experience preferred
