License Compliance Manager
Job Summary
Proactively identifying and managing software license compliance opportunities, the full-time remote License Compliance Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers adhere to Software License Agreements while developing strategies for compliance resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential software license compliance opportunities and develop strategies to expand the compliance pipeline
- Conduct software license reviews and lead customer discussions regarding compliance findings
- Collaborate with internal teams to determine commercial resolutions for compliance issues and maintain accurate opportunity information in Salesforce
Required Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of relevant experience in software licensing, license compliance, or related fields
- Strong understanding of software licensing concepts and ability to interpret Software License Agreements
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve commercial opportunities
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform preferred
- Experience within ERP, manufacturing software, SaaS, or enterprise software is preferred
