Licensed Account Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing agency, the full-time Licensed Account Representative will develop leads, establish customer relationships, and provide exceptional service while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market products and services to meet customer needs
• Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as necessary
• Provide prompt and accurate customer service regarding inquiries on products, policy changes, claims, and billing

Required qualifications

• Required Property & Casualty license
• Experience in sales, preferably in outside sales, retail, or telemarketing
• Experience in managing customer relationships
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Dedication to customer service and ability to anticipate customer needs
