Licensed Admissions Counselor
Job Summary
Leading the treatment team, the full-time Licensed Admissions Counselor will conduct intake assessments, provide individual support, and ensure compliance with member admission requirements while working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments to evaluate individuals' appropriateness for the program
- Provide individual support, including crisis intervention and referrals to other resources
- Document members' progress using the custom EMR and ensure compliance with admission requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Full licensure: LADC, LCSW/LISW, LCAC, LMFT, LPCC/LMHC
- Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting
- High comfort level with technology, including EMR and mobile apps
- Minimum two years of experience completing intakes in a SUD setting
