Licensed Assistant General Counsel

Job Summary

Providing practical, business-focused legal counsel, the full-time Licensed Assistant General Counsel will manage corporate agreements, advise on claims and litigation matters, and collaborate with executive leadership and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage corporate, commercial, and vendor agreements
• Advise leadership on legal and risk considerations related to contracts and disputes
• Provide legal guidance on claims, litigation, and manage outside counsel

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience in corporate/commercial and claims or litigation
• Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Experience managing outside counsel and litigation matters
• Strong understanding of contractual risk, indemnification, and liability provisions
