Licensed Associate Medical Director

Job Summary

Supporting the practice management of Psychiatrists, the full-time Licensed Associate Medical Director in Behavioral Health will oversee clinical operations, assist with hiring and performance management, and lead quality improvement projects while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and adherence to evidence-based protocols
• Manage clinician escalations and contract compliance issues as necessary
• Provide clinical care to patients, maintaining high standards of professionalism and quality

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO with at least 5 years of post-residency clinical experience, including 2 years on a virtual care platform
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred
• Licensed provider in good standing with state board(s)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and other clinicians
