Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Licensed Auto Claims Adjuster will apply claims management experience to analyze and resolve commercial auto property damage claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve commercial property damage claims, making informed decisions to bring claims to resolution
- Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, supporting the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
- Active Adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are being handled
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
