Job Summary
To support a growing claims management team, the fully remote Licensed Auto Claims Adjuster will analyze and resolve commercial property damage claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve commercial auto property damage claims using analytical skills
- Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
- Active Adjusters' licenses in all relevant jurisdictions
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
